I cannot get past Greg's Step 2 because there is no 'Programs and Features' under Apps and Features (see below, programs and features is under Control Panel items but there have never been any printers listed here): Download megaman for pc.

Hp Laserjet 1200 Windows 7 Driver
There is no reference to printers (other than noting that dot4x64 is there). This is what is permitting my HP 3020 to work (I tried uninstalling it earlier but then that printer did not work). Importantly, I cannot find or access the drivers for the 1200 printer via any mechanism, and of course the image showed 'driver is unavailable').
Again, I have never seen any of my printers in the list of installed programs in Programs and Features under Control Panel Items.
